Young Girl Screams, Then Sobs, Out of Excitement When She Discovers She’s Seeing Trump

Let’s weep for the collected future of America.

The newest in the “Parents who film their kids in the backseat for YouTube” genre is possibly also a candidate for the “Worst Parent of the Year” category.

“Ava, I gotta tell you something… guess what we’re gonna do Monday?” asks the mother of 9-year-old Ava Lovley in the video uploaded to YouTube.

Now at this point of the video, there are about 100 different ways this could go. It could be a One Direction concert, or maybe a trip to Disney World or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Geez, I don’t know, maybe the kid likes books so the mother is surprising the kid with a trip to LA’s famed Last Bookstore.

But reality is far more twisted than fiction. “We are going to see Donald Trump in person,” says the terrible monster parent mother with some sort of midwestern accent. I can’t be entirely sure where she’s from, so¬†let’s just call it Wisconsin.

“Are you serious?!” exclaims the young girl, before breaking down into hysterics. Now, none of this is her fault; I’m very happy at her excitement. I think that all young kids should have opportunities to do amazing things that they think are out of this world. I met Knicks guard Allan Houston when I was about her age and my reaction was probably the same, but then again, Houston didn’t regularly spew bullshit vitriol all over mainstream media mountain. Ava’s happiness makes me happy.

As for her mother? Jesus, lady.
