The White House press briefing room was taken over by youngsters on Tuesday in celebration of the annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, and at least one question was too “controversial” for White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

Leavitt held a short press conference on Tuesday with the children of journalists and staffers asking questions, everything from how much candy Trump consumes daily (“a good amount” and his favorites are pink starbursts and tootsie rolls) to what her least favorite news outlet is (“depends on the day”) to Trump’s favorite White House Room (Oval Office).

Towards the end of the press conference, a young boy asked who Trump’s favorite child is, getting a laugh from Leavitt as she refused to answer.

The president has five children: Ivanka, Don Jr., Eric, Tiffany, and Barron.

“That is a very controversial question and I am not going to answer it,” she said. “He loves all of his children very much, and they’re all great kids. Some of them were here yesterday.”

Leavitt closed the press conference moments later with a softball question on her favorite president.

“Who is my favorite president?” she said. “Well, that’s a good question to answer: Donald Trump.”

First Lady Melania Trump celebrated Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day by making arts and crafts with children outside the White House. President Trump

could be seen at one point greeting the gathered kids and dancing to YMCA for them.
