Ohio Paper Can’t Find a Single Person to Argue Against Legalizing Pot

States across the country have taken up the marijuana legalization debate, and Ohio could be one of the next states to legalize pot, because 87 percent of Ohio voters said in a recent poll said that medical marijuana should be legal. The Dayton City Paper decided to pose a question for two writers to hash out side-by-side on the same page: is it time for Ohio to legalize marijuana?

This is what happened.

On behalf of the Dayton City Paper staff, we apologize, but we were unable to locate a debate writer who was able to submit a view opposed to the legalization of marijuana in Ohio at this time.

That’s right, they couldn’t find a single person to oppose it.

And if you check out the same debate topic on the Dayton City Paper‘s website, you will see a pro-legalization argument and a “center” argument, but still nothing up there opposing legalization.
