22-Pound House Cat Attacks Family, Leads to Best 911 Transcription Ever

You gotta love what counts as news in Portland, Oregon, future home of the Oakland Raiders.

A family called 911 after their 22-pound Himalayan cat attacked their nine-month-old baby, eventually “trapping” the family, complete with their dog, in their bedroom. Cops arrived and captured the feline using a dog snare, and Portland’s WBTV-3 got some entertaining 911 transcriptions out of the ordeal:

Rumors that the cops were then called to Reed College to deal with an out-of-control 900-lb. snowball went unconfirmed at press time.
