MSNBC’s Up Late host Alec Baldwin has found himself in the middle of controversy again. This time, he was caught on camera calling a photographer a “cocksucking fag” after being approached for pictures after his Thursday morning courtroom victory.

Several hours after winning a high-profile case against his stalker, Baldwin chased down and berated a pair of photographers outside his Manhattan apartment. TMZ footage shows the actor and TV host angrily yelling at one unidentified cameraman for getting too close to his wife and baby, seated inside a town car.

After that photog scurried away, Baldwin set his sights on another one, holding the camera filming TMZ’s footage. “Cocksucking fag!” he seemingly shouted as the unidentified man behind the lens backed away.

UPDATE: Baldwin took to Twitter this afternoon to go after TMZ for trying to “bury” him, and claim that he had said “fathead” and not a homophobic slur:
