Andrew Napolitano: FBI’s Handling of Clinton and Trump Probes ‘Ranks With Watergate’

Fox News judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano dropped the W-bomb on Fox Business Network Wednesday morning, saying the controversy surrounding FBI bias “ranks with” the Watergate scandal… and might even be “bigger.”

Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo first took issue with Inspector General Michael Horowitz‘s conclusion that the political bias found at the FBI did not determine the outcome of investigations. She pointed out that Peter Strzok, one of the lead investigators on the Clinton and Trump probes, texted his lover that they would “stop” Trump.

Napolitano praised special counsel Robert Mueller for firing Strzok from his team after finding out about his texts.

Bartiromo then asked the former judge turned analyst if he would “compare this to Watergate.”

“Yes I think this ranks with Watergate,” Napolitano replied. “And the more we learn, it may get bigger.”

He added that Strzok “must be a character” given he has agreed to testify “without immunity, in an environment where he can be prosecuted for giving a truthful answer.”

“This is going to be the most dramatic testimony we will have seen in two years,” Napolitano said.
