Bill O’Reilly: Trump Can Win the Culture War as Long as He Sticks to the Facts

Bill O’Reilly said tonight that President Trump has an opportunity to win the culture war, but to do so he has to stick to the facts.

He brought up the Sweden controversy from this past weekend and said that because Trump’s words “were not precise,” he got roundly hammered.

O’Reilly argued that if Trump sticks to the facts on matters of immigration, he wins because most Americans are on his side and unhappy with how Democrats are handling the issue.

He also argued that because Barack Obama saw America as a flawed nation, a “negative view of the USA sunk in,” but now the country has a president with a more positive view.

O’Reilly concluded that Trump can win the culture war, “but in order to do that, discipline and facts must dominate the discourse. Facts, not opinion, will trump propaganda.”
