UPDATE: Today is reportedly the first day of finals at Harvard. They’ve apparently been cancelled.

UPDATE 10:50 a.m.: Harvard has restricted access to Harvard Yard as the investigation continues. But the university says it has “no reason to believe there is a threat to any other site on campus“:

UPDATE 11:02 a.m.: CNN reported that the all-clear has been sounded after law enforcement officials determined that the explosives were a hoax.

UPDATE 3:02 p.m.: Harvard students, faculty, and staff are allowed back into the formerly evacuated buildings; the Science Center remains closed.

[Correction: The headline originally said there were unconfirmed “explosions” on the campus. There are only unconfirmed explosives. This has been corrected.]
