Brother of Paris Terror Suspect Speaks Out on CNN: ‘I Would Tell Him to Surrender’

French authorities are searching for Sala Abdeslam, believed to be the eighth Paris terror suspect, and his brother Mohamed Abdeslam spoke out on CNN today.

Erin Burnett asked him what he would say to his brother. Abdeslam said, “I would tell him to surrender. That’s the best solution.”

He thinks that if his brother had something to do with the attack that killed over 120 people, he needs to accept responsibility.

Abdeslam also provided some insight into his brother’s state of mind, explaining that that he was “probably psychologically ready to commit such an act.”

“These are not regular people,” he said. “You cannot have the slightest doubt that they have been prepared, that they must not leave any trace which would cause suspicion that they might do such things. And even if you saw them every day, their behavior was quite normal.”
