On this week’s Saturday Night Live, Catching Fire star Josh Hutcherson joined Jay Pharoah and Kenan Thompson in the worst subway performance group ever, Matchbox 3. In a short documentary-style film, the trio explained that crowded subway cars meant more potential cash, and so they tailored their act to b-boy dancing “within a three-inch radius of our bodies.”
While Pharoah and Thompson explained their moves to a particularly crowded car, Hutcherson’s character, Li’l Peanut, carried a small red flag “for your reference.” It didn’t end up doing him, or the crowd, much good.
