In response to Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s answer to moderator Chris Wallace’s question about whether or not he’d accept the results of next month’s election, MSNBC host Chris Matthews had some very strong words.
Discussing history, Matthews went over the actual demographics and voting results of of the areas that Trump and his surrogates, noting that the huge differences in favor for Democrats aren’t because of vote rigging but due to the voters preferring Dems in inner cities and suburbs of large cities.
“Trump can cay I’m not going to honor any election where there are any irregularities,” Matthews bellowed. “that’s just dishonest because there is still a result.”
Matthews pointed out that there have been questions surrounding elections for a while now, bringing up the Gore-Bush results and the Diebold machines in Ohio in 2004. However, bringing up the large numbers that we will likely see in votes this year, Matthews said that Trump had no reason to do that.
“There is no justification for Trump saying this election depends on a pluperfect account,” the MSNBC vet yelled.
“He doesn’t know what he’s talking about,” Matthews continued. “That’s the problem.”
