Chris Wallace, After Interviewing Trump: Not Much Chance He Sits Down With Mueller

Fox News’ Chris Wallace previewed his big presidential interview with Shepard Smith this afternoon.

Already-released excerpts from the interview show Trump threatening to kick Jim Acosta out of future briefings if he “misbehaves,” as well as a rare Trump admission of fault that he should’ve gone to Arlington on Veterans Day.

Of course, one of the big pieces of news today is the President’s comments about the written answers to Robert Mueller that have not been submitted yet.

Wallace teased part of the interview is on that topic, but while he wouldn’t give any details, he said this:

“He certainly says all of those things again, very critical of the investigation. I ask him is there any chance now whether or not he’s gonna sit for an interview. He talks about the fact and makes a big point that he wrote the questions and then they were edited by the lawyers, but they’re his answers to these questions. I will say this. I don’t think there’s very much chance that he is ever going to sit for an interview with Robert Mueller.”
