Chuck Todd Panel Goes Off After Mueller Report Finally Submitted: ‘He Caught a Lot of Witches’

The Mueller report has finally been submitted to Attorney General Bill Barr. On MSNBC, Chuck Todd and his panel broke down what that means and reflected on how much Mueller has gotten done.

“I want to remind people of Mueller’s track record here,” Todd said. “These are the guilty pleas that he got, the indictments that he’s gotten, Manafort, Cohen, Flynn, Papadopoulos, Gates, van der Zwaan, Pinedo, Kilimnik, Stone, 25 different members of Russian intelligence and Russian officials. This was not a––if this was a witch hunt, it’s the most successful witch hunt in American history.”

Ken Dilanian agreed and said, “He caught a lot of witches.”

He noted that many people will end up surprised that “no one around Donald Trump has been charged with conspiring with that Russian election interference effort.”

Dan Balz said, “The president has been insistent there was no collusion… And yet the biggest question is still unanswered and that’s what we still wait for.”

Heidi Przybyla said even if the public doesn’t get access to the report for a long time, House Democrats are already pushing for “the underlying documentation behind the report.”
