CNN’s Erin Burnett Fires Back at Sarah Sanders: Of Course Trump Has No Problem Attacking People

CNN’s Erin Burnett pushed back on what Sarah Huckabee Sanders said today about President Trump‘s silence on Stormy Daniels.

Huckabee Sanders insisted Trump has “addressed this,” but Burnett said it sure doesn’t seem like it.

“Why isn’t the President fighting back?” Burnett asked. “After all, he has had no problem doing it before when it comes to the at least 15 women who have accused him of assault, harassment, and improper advancements.”

She ran a montage of what Trump said on the campaign trail accusing the women who spoke out of being liars before noting Trump’s silence on Daniels and Karen McDougal.

Huckabee Sanders said the President is “incredibly engaged” and focused on his job, hence his silence on this issue. Burnett said this just isn’t true because Trump attacks people practically “non-stop.”

She proceeded to go over all the people Trump has attacked during the campaign and during his presidency, from Chuck Todd to Megyn Kelly to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
