Colbert: Trump’s the Dog Pelosi Won’t ‘Let Into the House’ Because ‘He’s Going to Poop Everywhere’
Late Show host Stephen Colbert likened President Donald Trump to a pooch without good potty manners on Wednesday night.
After discussing Rep. Nancy Pelosi‘s power move over Trump in which she disinvited the president from giving the State of the Union in front of Congress unless the shutdown ends, Colbert noted that Pelosi did that because she could.
He also quipped Trump likes to act like the “big dog.”
Then he said this: “[Pelosi] won’t let the dog in her house because she knows he’s going to poop everywhere, okay. Out! Out! No, out! Ah, geez! Out!”
He added: “Pelosi also has security concerns because both the U.S. Secret Service and the Department of Homeland Security have not been funded for 26 days now with critical departments hamstrung by furloughs. Things have gotten so bad that now when you see the Secret Service guys talking into their wrists, they’re just talking into their wrists.”
Calling people a dog, by the way, is one of Trump’s favorite insults.
Here is just a sampling of Trump’s tweeted out dog insults:
“General” McChrystal got fired like a dog by Obama. Last assignment a total bust. Known for big, dumb mouth. Hillary lover! https://t.co/RzOkeHl3KV

When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn’t work out. Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!

Michael Wolff is a total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book. He used Sloppy Steve Bannon, who cried when he got fired and begged for his job. Now Sloppy Steve has been dumped like a dog by almost everyone. Too bad! https://t.co/mEeUhk5ZV9
