Cooper Apologizes for Snapping at Guest: I’ve Been Overseas More Than You Have in Your Little Life

cooper2Anderson Cooper snapped at a pro-Donald Trump guest Andy Dean tonight and apologized by the end of the segment.

Cooper was particularly worked up about Trump’s answer to a rallygoer who was ranting about all the Muslims in the United States.

When Dean said he was taking things out of context and brought up how Muslim training camps are a real concern, Cooper said, “I’ve spent more time overseas than you ever have in your little life.”

He pressed Dean repeatedly on whether he’s been overseas to Muslim nations. This went on for a minute before they moved on.

At the end of the segment, Cooper profusely apologized to Dean and said he didn’t mean to be “rude.” He subsequently tweeted:
