Dan Abrams and Nancy Grace Break Down Stormy Lawsuit: ‘Real Concerns’ Cohen Broke Campaign Finance Laws
Mediaite founder Dan Abrams appeared alongside Nancy Grace on The View today in advance of Thursday night’s premiere of Grace vs. Abrams — a new legal debate show on A&E. Naturally, they had an engaging conversation about the legalities and controversy surrounding Stormy Daniels‘ lawsuit.
Abrams noted that Daniels is taking a considerable financial risk by telling her story after taking Michael Cohen‘s $130,000 payoff for her silence. Grace agreed with Abrams that Daniels had some kind of a relationship with the president with so much money in play over the whole affair.
“If there’s $130,000 on the table, it’s a relationship. I think that speaks for itself.”
Grace went on to say she doesn’t care about the Daniels scandal nearly as much the future of the economy and potential nuclear conflict. Abrams went on to note, however, that the controversy has invited questions about “real concerns” like Michael Cohen‘s potential violation of campaign finance laws.
