In an interview with CBS’ Norah O’Donnell that aired on CBS This Morning Wednesday, Donald Trump acknowledged that his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton may have raised more money, but denounced it all as “blood money.”
“Every time she raises money, she is making deals,” complained Trump. “They’re saying, ‘Can I be the ambassador to this?’ ‘Can I do that?’ ‘Make sure my business is taken care of.’ I mean, gimme a break.”
“All the money she is raising, that’s blood money. That’s blood money,” Trump said.
“She’s getting tremendous amounts of money from Wall Street, she’s going to take care of Wall Street. She’s getting tremendous amounts of money from lots of people, she’s going to take care of all those people,” he concluded.
