Donald Trump Offers Clinton Well Wishes, Reveals He’ll Soon Release Results From Recent Physical

During a hit this morning on Fox & Friends, Republican candidate Donald Trump finally weighed in on the controversy swirling around Hillary Clinton‘s health scare from Sunday. The GOP candidate strangely stayed off of social media and Monday morning marked his first time commenting on Clinton’s pneumonia diagnosis. He began by offering his well wishes on her speedy recovery.

“I hope she gets well soon… I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail,” the real estate mogul offered.

“We have to see what’s wrong. Whatever it is, it is. I’m ready,” he said, indicating that Clinton will regain her strength as they head towards the first September 26 debate on Long Island.

He also revealed a bit of surprising information during his interview with Fox & Friends regarding the controversy of his own health: “This last week I took a physical,” he revealed to Fox.

Trump’s own health has come under fire following the release — and increased media scrutiny — of a strange letter from Trump’s personal gastroenterologist, Dr. Harold Bornstein of Manhattan. He said Monday, “I’ll be releasing — when the numbers come in — hopefully the numbers are good!… I’ll be releasing very, very specific numbers,” of his physical exam.
