Dr. Phil Will Air Recordings of Jared Fogle Allegedly Talking About Child Sex

Dr. Phil will air an exclusive interview on Thursday with the former reporter who secretly recorded conversations with ex-Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle, leading to his arrest for charges of possessing child porn and solicitation of a minor back in August. Among other things, the interview will actually play portions from those recordings.

Following the July raid of Fogle’s house, rumors of the pitchman’s involvement in some rather nefarious things quickly began to spread. Especially when Rochelle Herman-Walrond, who turned informant for the authorities investigating Fogle, began making claims that he had expressed interest in middle school girls.

According to the New York Post, Fogle told Herman-Walrond that he “would fly us clear across the world if we need to. To Thailand or wherever we want to go.” Why? Because if they were “gonna try to get some young kids,” “it would be a lot easier” in Thailand.

“I had a little boy. It was amazing,” Fogle said in one of the recordings. “It just felt so good. I mean, it felt… it felt so good.”

In another conversation, Herman-Walrond asked Fogle whether Fogle was turned on more by young girls or young boys. His response? “Both of them do. Both of them.”

Fogle plead guilty to the charges brought against him in August. He also agreed to pay $1 million in restitution to his victims just last week.

The exclusive interview airs on Dr. Phil on Thursday.
