Ed Schultz Unloads on Hannity: ‘King of Cheap Shots,’ Would Sell His Soul to Defeat Obama

Ed Schultz has made no secret of his utter disdain for Sean Hannity, and on Friday, presented with Hannity going after him personally for defending Obamacare, Schultz used the opportunity to devote the entirety of his first segment to firing back at the “king of cheap shots.”

Hannity and Brent Bozell went after Schultz on Thursday night for accusing reporters of hyping the negative aspects of Obamacare out of fear they will be dismissed as non-objective. Schultz stood by that point today, making the same point about “junk” insurance policies being discarded, and remarking, “Sean, I know it’s probably a little over your head.”

He tried once again to challenge Hannity to a one-on-one debate because “it would seem to me if i’m wrong on these things that Hannity would want to go face-to-face with me.”

But the real kicker came when Schultz fired back at Hannity for calling him a liberal suck-up, accusing Hannity of doing “a fair share of sucking up” when George W. Bush was president.

“Hannity would sell his absolute soul to defeat President Obama and defeat Obamacare! And he puts no value on his journalistic integrity, if he has any!”
