Fmr Federal Prosecutor on MSNBC: I Think Roger Stone’s ‘Going to the Slammer This Time’
Roger Stone is in hot water tonight.
He may have violated the gag order issued by Judge Amy Berman Jackson with this Instagram post (since deleted):

And, well, prosecutors notified the judge of this development:
?OH boy. The government has notified Judge Amy Berman Jackson of Roger Stone's Instagram story from yesterday, where he shared an image that claimed he was framed. pic.twitter.com/gg7OwhQEpA

Former federal prosecutor John Flannery spoke on MSNBC tonight with Ari Melber, who asked if this “makes it more likely this judge will jail Stone.”
Flannery said it does:
“The judge said at the last hearing when the judge wasn’t happy about having a target next to her picture in an Instagram publication by Mr. Stone, she said this is the last time. So, if she stands by what she said in the last hearing… I hope he brings his toothbrush when he goes to court, ’cause I think he’s going to the slammer this time.”
