Today on Fox & Friends, co-host Brian Kilmeade issued an apology for comments he made earlier this month.
This is becoming a bit of trend on the Fox News morning show. A racially-tinged comment, followed by an apology. And it’s not just the hosts!
Kilmeade said on air that Swedes and Finns had a “pure society” because they married within their race. Right. Gawker, who provided this video, consistently has fun with the F&F crew, but this one seemed particularly eyebrow-raising.
Well today, Kilmeade apologized:
Meanwhile, last week actor David Arquette (“Dewey”) was a guest on the program to talk about some serious charity work – but before he could leave the interview without embarrassing himself, he decided to crack some crazy Latina women jokes:
Of course, he later apologized.
Fox & Friends – the place to make race-related jokes and then later be forced to apologize (well, at least recently).
