Fox & Friends Fears Alec Baldwin Wants Violent Revolution After He Calls to Vote Out GOP
Fox & Friends host Brian Kilmeade and NRATV’s Dan Bongino voiced concern over a violent revolution starting after actor Alec Baldwin called for Democrats to vote out the current GOP government.
“In an orderly and formal way, and lawful way, we need to overthrow the government of the United States under Donald Trump,” the Saturday Night Live star said while speaking to New Hampshire’s Democratic Party.
“How unbelievable is it that the people that the Democratic Party New Hampshire fundraising arm thought that Alec Baldwin would have the right message?” Kilmeade said while responding to the clip of Baldwin’s speech. “Do you think that’s the right message for Democrats — to overthrow the government?”
Bongino, a three-times failed congressional candidate and a former NYPD cop, voiced similar worry over Baldwin’s rhetoric.
“I don’t know who I am more embarrassed for, Alec Baldwin or as you guys just said the Democrat Party up in New Hampshire,” he said — botching the name of the Democratic Party. “You give this guy a platform and he does that I mean, if I were to suggest that which I never would — God forbid on your show right now — you guys would cut this feed, rightfully so, immediately.”
“How is there a any lawful way to overthrow the government? Baldwin is a deranged lunatic and he is not even that bright. Thankfully, there isn’t a lawful way to overthrow the government. There is an impeachment process, but he says we want to do it overthrow the government?”
Co-host Steve Doocy then tried to jump into the conversation as a voice of reason.
“Maybe when is he talking about overthrow this government he is talking about people getting out to vote in somebody new?” He asked, a question that both Bongino and Kilmeade quickly shot down. .
