Fox Guest: We Need More ‘Manly, Not Feminized’ Christianity to Fight Terrorism
Outnumbered guest host Rachel Campos-Duffy said on Fox earlier today that one way to combat Islamic terrorism is to project a more “manly” kind of Christianity.
Campos-Duffy and the other hosts were talking about concerns over “peer-to-peer” terror recruiting in the United States, following lots of reports about people in the U.S. attempting to join ISIS (and summarily being arrested by the feds).
She told the others there’s an assimilation problem where people who emigrate to the States can just splinter off into their own communities and not be exposed to as much “pro-American talk” as past immigrants did.
And on the subject of Islamic terrorism, this is what Campos-Duffy had to say:
“What is [the root cause]? It is reforming Islam and it’s also that Christianity needs to offer a more robust––manly, not feminized––version of Christianity.”
