Geraldo’s Theory on ‘Suicide-by-Cop’ Crowd: They’re ‘on Dip’

Fox News’s Geraldo Rivera weighed in Wednesday on the St. Louis, MO, man who was shot and killed after reportedly approaching two police men with a knife.

“The new suicide-by-cop crowd (urban equivalent of suicide bombers) — young men who irrationally confront edgy cops who kill them — are on Dip,” he tweeted. Dip is the street name for Diphenhydramine (Benadryl), which can cause hallucinations in certain dosages.

A video surfaced Tuesday of Kajieme Powell, 25, being shot a total of 12 times by police. He had allegedly robbed a store and when confronted by police, he approached them with a knife.

The incident followed the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, an unarmed black man who was killed by a white police officer.

“[T]hose critical of St. Louis cops who just shot that dude brandishing knife would shit in their pants if same guy same knife was menacing them,” Rivera said in another tweet.
