YouTube star GloZell got to interview President Obama yesterday, and today she responded to the “haters” who weren’t exactly happy with the idea. There was some grumbling from the press corps about YouTubers getting to interview Obama while they get shunned. But GloZell in particular got most of the attention, out of the three YouTube stars who interviewed Obama.
Here’s a representative example of the kind of blowback she’s been getting, from actor Rob Lowe (the second tweet in there is for purposes of clarifying a spelling error):
Hold up. Is it true that a woman who eats cereal out of a bathtub gets to meet with the President and the Prime Minister of Isreal does not?

GloZell was asked on CNN earlier today about the hate she’s been getting. She said it’s great, because now “my haters are very high-class people, so I feel like I moved up.” She even addressed Lowe in particular, saying, “Rob Lowe said something negative about me. I’m like, ‘What? Thank you!'”
She also took to Twitter to respond to the actor:
Hold Up is this the guy who spelled Israel wrong? @RobLowe #StayGoodLooking xoxo – GloZell

She also tweeted a kiss-off to Fox News for repeatedly using the image of her eating cereal from a bathtub as a subtle juxtaposition from her Obama interview:
Have to loVe @FoxNews #YouTubeAsksObama #GloZellAsksObama xoxo – GloZell pic.twitter.com/XG4J3Ad1dT
