Hannity Opens Show With Monologue on the Media’s ‘Russia Psychosis’

Sean Hannity opened his Fox News show tonight with a monologue defending Donald Trump Jr. from the media’s “Russia psychosis.”

Hannity’s pre-taped program tonight aired after the New York Times dropped a new report about Donald Trump Jr. allegedly receiving an email before that meeting with the Russian lawyer that, per the Times, “indicates that the Russian government was the source of the potentially damaging information.”

Hannity read Trump Jr.’s statement on the meeting and said, “The meeting was meaningless, did nothing to produce anything. Where’s the collusion?”

He asked why this Russian lawyer was allowed into the country last year in the first place, and said that the meeting itself may have been a set-up.
