Sean Hannity opened his show tonight with some words for people leaking information from the White House.
This was in reaction to the news that President Trump reportedly revealed classified intel to top Russian officials.
“If you have the honor and privilege of working in the White House,” Hannity said, “you should realize that you are there for a reason and one reason only: to serve the American people. And you do that by serving the president in his attempt to keep his promises.”
He said that “no White House can sustain these types of constant leaks” and concluded with this:
“If you’re in the White House and you’re doing this, if you’re not there to serve your country and all you’re doing is hurting the country, well, then you might want to get out of the way.”
Later on in the segment, in defending the firing of James Comey, Hannity revisited the controversy over Hillary Clinton‘s mishandling of classified information.
