During tonight’s Univision Democratic debate, Jorge Ramos didn’t waste much time before grilling Hillary Clinton hard on her emails and who gave her permission to use a private server.
As Ramos went through the issue, he brought up how Clinton had encouraged State Department employees not to do the same, suggesting “one set of rules for yourself” and another for everyone else.
Clinton again said it wasn’t the best choice, but pointed to predecessors who did the same and reiterated that she did not send or receive any classified emails. She said, “I am not concerned about it… and no Democrat or American should be either.”
Ramos again confronted her on who gave her “permission” to do this. Clinton said, “There was no permission to be asked… it was permitted.”
When Ramos asked if she would drop out of the race if she gets indicted, Clinton dismissively said, “I’m not even answering that question.”
