Ingraham Rips Obama on VA: Wouldn’t Tolerate This Incompetence on Campaign Trail
Laura Ingraham blasted President Obama over the VA on The O’Reilly Factor Thursday night, telling Bill O’Reilly the president allows way more incompetence in government than he ever would from any campaign official. O’Reilly told her that on every issue, every major scandal that’s hit his administration in the past year or so, “Obama is so disengaged” from the actual problem.
Ingraham said that this all goes back to what some on the right were saying in 2008: Obama had no experience actually managing of governing (a talking point used often to make the case that governors would be better presidents than Senate or House legislators). She said “the idea of governance, managing something very big” isn’t in Obama’s wheelhouse.
She also snarked that the only things Obama apparently learned in law school were community organizing and political activism, and so, Ingraham argued, there is no way Obama would tolerate the incompetence of the Obamacare rollout or the VA mismanagement on his political team or campaign staff, because he cares more about the politics than the governance.
