On Saturday, Fox News host Jesse Watters slammed CNN host Brooke Baldwin for ‘banning’ the word ‘mob’ on her show.
Watters started by airing a clip in which Brooke Baldwin was having a discussion with conservative daily beast columnist Matt Lewis about Sen. Ted Cruz getting chased out of a restaurant as evidence you can’t say ‘mob’ on CNN.
“When you see people like Ted Cruz getting chased out of the restaurants by a mob –” Lewis said in the clip.
“Oh, you are not going to use the mob word here,” Baldwin cut in.
Watters and his guest Corey Lewandowski, of course, had some feelings about the whole mob ban thing.
In response to the clip, Watters said this: “They just want to change the meanings of the word to fit their narrative.”
Lewandowski then chimed in: “These guys are so liberal they lost all their viewership… The American people see on television Ted Cruz being chastised in a restaurant. They see this from multiple people, from a mob. This wasn’t one person yelling.”
The former Trump campaign manager then admitted that the mob thing “never happens to me,” but he wishes it would because “I kind of look forward to that kind of stuff.”
Ann Coulter, who was also on the panel then used the word ‘mob’ in a sentence to plug her book before the segment came to an end.
