Amid the controversy over the White House not publicly identifying radical Islam as a threat, Secretary of State John Kerry said last week that it would be a big error to blame all Muslims for the acts of terrorist who claim to act in the name of their Islamic faith.
Charles Krauthammer reacted on Fox’s Special Report today by saying that isn’t happening. Of course, Krauthammer said, no one should blame all Muslims for the acts of terrorists, “but I’m not sure how many people in this country actually say that.”
He called that a straw man argument and insisted that everyone who criticizes radical Islam makes it clear they’re not condemning all Muslims, and so Kerry is pushing a “non-argument.”
Kerry and other White House officials have been making the case that radical Muslim terrorists have a “warped” view of Islam.
