Laura Ingraham Roasts New Female Members of Congress: Democrats on ‘Warpath Against White Men’
On her show on Tuesday, Fox’s Laura Ingraham went after four newly-elected Democrat women who will be serving in the next session of Congress and offered a laundry-list of her complaints about them, accusing them of everything from anti-Semitism to a War on Men.
“There are dark, pink clouds gathering on the horizon,” said Ingraham before attacking the “newly elected crop of women” as being different from Nancy Pelosi, but noted that the “progressive upstarts” have all the “juice” and all the “excitement” as they head to their new jobs.
She went through them one by one, calling them “wacky”, saying they have an “anti-Israel bias” that is “disturbing,” mocked Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez‘s manner of speaking, suggested she gets her information from Wikipedia, and basically laughed at her.
She then talked about “the two new Muslim members of Congress”, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, and their anti-Israel, pro-Palestine views, including showing prior comments and tweets. “One doubts that this is what women had in mind when they voted for these female candidates, but you never know,” said Ingraham.
Ingraham moved on to Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, saying “I think she’s my favorite of all them.”
“She’s a leftist on the warpath against white men,” said Ingraham, and added that Pressley doesn’t “sound like she’s going to be singing ‘Love Me Tender’ to Nancy Pelosi any time soon.”
She also showed clips of Pressley talking about activism, as well.
Ingraham concluded that the newcomers will be making governing more difficult for the Democratic leadership.
