Lindsey Graham to Trump: Every Time You Tweet, It Hurts the People ‘Trying to Help You’

President Trump‘s tweeting habits have become a serious subject of discussion recently, especially after the president himself tweeted about it today:

But it’s not just the “FAKE MSM” who wants him to calm down with the tweets. It’s Kellyanne Conway‘s husband, Laura Ingraham, Fox News’ Neil Cavuto, and a couple of Republican lawmakers.

Senator Mitch McConnell expressed his dissatisfaction earlier today, and on Fox’s Special Report tonight, Lindsey Graham had this message for the president:

“You need to listen to your lawyers, Mr. President. I am trying to help you, but every time you tweet, it makes it harder on all of us who are trying to help you. I don’t think you did anything wrong. Don’t get in the way of an investigation that could actually clear you.”

He added, “Help us help you.”

Graham also previewed the Comey testimony with Bret Baier and told him he has some questions for the former FBI director, like why he didn’t come forward sooner if he thought Trump was trying to get him to end the Michael Flynn investigation.
