Lindsey Graham: Trump ‘Needs to Change His Image’ and His Tweeting Doesn’t Help

Senator Lindsey Graham joined MSNBC’s Greta Van Susteren tonight to talk about what Donald Trump needs to do once he’s sworn in tomorrow.

He said that one of the most important things Trump can do is forge relationships with members of Congress in a way that President Obama didn’t. Graham, not shy about his criticisms of Trump, admitted he’s “a fun guy to be around.”

So he suggested that Trump should invite members of Congress and their families to the White House. Or, in other words, “Stop tweeting and start talking.”

Graham pointed out that Trump isn’t “being viewed very well” right now and so he “needs to change his image before it gets worse.”

“Tweeting and threatening” people, he added, doesn’t help.
