Megyn Kelly, Law Professor Go Off on Ruth Bader Ginsburg: Trump Comments ‘Out of Line’

megyn turleySupreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is openly criticizing Donald Trump, and as far as one law professor is concerned, that is an unethical breach of judiciary guidelines.

Ginsburg has called Trump a “faker” and said she doesn’t want to think about him becoming president.

GWU law professor Jonathan Turley told Megyn Kelly that it’s “not just wrong ethically, it undermines the integrity of the Supreme Court.” Kelly said that Trump is right and called Ginsburg’s remarks “out of line.”

Turley said this happened because we’re living in “the age of the celebrity justice,” where more Supreme Court justices enjoy the limelight.

He said Supreme Court justices “consider themselves beyond the rules of ethics,” so Ginsburg isn’t the only one who’s done something like this.
