Michelle Malkin Accuses New York Times of Tipping Off Terrorist Funding Groups Post-9/11: ‘The Treason Times’
During an appearance on Fox News Thursday, syndicated columnist Michelle Malkin slammed the media for calling out President Donald Trump‘s doubt of U.S. intelligence findings of Russian election meddling, singling out The New York Times in particular.
Malkin told host Sean Hannity “it is so galling and unconscionable for these media outlets now to fashion themselves the champions of our intelligence agencies.”
Furthering her criticism, Malkin accused Times reporters of tipping off terrorist funding groups of impending raids during the Bush era in the wake of 9/11, despite the publication having justifiably covered the organizations as newsworthy topics at the time.
“These are the same people, the New York slimes,” Malkin mocked, “that blabbed about releasing and revealing the identities of CIA interrogators, including the one who interrogated KSM, again endangering these intelligence agents and ignoring the treaties of top officials who were telling them not to do this in the name of national security. They didn’t care then, they don’t care now.”
Offering her final remarks to Hannity, Malkin called the outlet “The Treason Times.”
