Mika Brzezinski Calls Out Bill Clinton Over Alleged Sexual Misconduct: ‘This is Why We Have Trump’

MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski continued the Democrat revisitation of Bill Clinton’s record by saying he should have been disqualified from public office for his alleged sexual assault.

As the current wave of misconduct allegations has swept through entertainment, media, and politics, many on the left have changed their stance on Clinton’s alleged behavior by speaking out against the former president — Brzezinski being one of them.

The co-host of Morning Joe explained how Democrats now have to deal with the allegations of sexual harassment, assault, and even rape against Clinton:

“[People] are holding some people to a very different standard — like Bill Clinton… The reason why Democrats lost is because Bill Clinton’s behavior was accepted, it was pushed under the rug… These women who accused him were attacked in the media, were maligned or settled. And that’s a different standard that we’re holding other people who were accused of the same behavior or less worse today, and this is why we have Trump.”

Brzezinski went on to say that “it’s all connected” — referencing President Donald Trump’s rise to power, despite the many allegations that have been made by women against him.

“We are in this situation because we have been hypocritical on both sides of the aisle… Sexually harassing someone when you are 22 years old when you are in power is wrong and you should go, in real time,” said Brzezinski — suggesting Clinton should have been removed from public office.
