Mike Myers’ Dr. Evil Talks Midterm Election Run With Jimmy Fallon: ‘It’s 2018. Evil’s In Right Now’
On Monday night, Mike Myers reprised his Dr. Evil character from the Austin Powers franchise to outline his diabolical plan for a last minute run for Congress.
Myers announced his scheme on The Tonight Show, which prompted Jimmy Fallon to ask him why he’s trying to get in on the midterm elections.
“It’s 2018. Evil’s ‘in’ right now,” Myers replied. “It’s hip, it’s like playing Fortnite while slamming a Tide Pod and doing the Shiggy Challenge.”
The doctor continued to say that he originally wanted Brett Kavanaugh‘s position on the Supreme Court, but unfortunately, President Trump told him he was “too even-tempered for that.” From there, he took Fallon on a walkthrough of his five-part plan to “Make America Evil Again.”
Which is more evil: making “Baby Shark” the new national anthem or increasing the amount of time it takes before YouTube allows viewers to skip ads on videos? You choose.
