MSNBC Anchor to Clinton Campaign Manager: Does Anyone ‘Have the Ability to Say No to Her?’

snow-mookMSNBC anchor Kate Snow grilled Hillary Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook this afternoon over whether anyone on Clinton’s staff knew about her pneumonia and if they would have spoken up about not going to the 9/11 memorial yesterday if they did.

Snow repeatedly asked if he or anyone else on the staff knew about her pneumonia when she was first diagnosed on Friday. Mook did not directly answer the question.

And then Snow asked, “Does anyone have the ability to say no to her? Do you know what I mean? Is there someone who can say ‘Wait a minute, maybe not a great idea to go to the 9/11 commemoration, even though you want to go, when you have pneumonia’?”

Mook insisted that Clinton wanted to just power through things, but now sees she needs “downtime.”

Snow again asked him if staffers didn’t know about the pneumonia. Mook tried to defer to Donald Trump‘s lack of transparency on his medical records.
