On MSNBC tonight, Joy Reid and her panel were amused by what President Trump revealed during his televised bipartisan meeting on immigration.
Reid noted how Trump seems less like how he sounded during the campaign and more like Marco Rubio.
“I think,” Rick Wilson said, “Donald Trump got his Gang of 8 tattoo tonight and the members-only jacket for RINO cuck immigration squishes, because this is a guy who literally sat there today and shredded the entire Bannon-Steve Miller agenda on building the wall and throwing out all the brown people. It was a clown show.”
As she laughed, Reid wondered who’s in charge of breaking the news to Ann Coulter (who hasn’t been happy about today’s news).
Jason Johnson, meanwhile, noted how Democrats don’t necessarily need to take a strong position yet because it’s not really clear what position the President himself will hold weeks from now.
Wilson added that Trump doesn’t have a lot of “intellectual heft” when it comes to policy and again joked about his “Gang of 8 tramp stamp tattoo.”
