Nicolle Wallace on Kilmeade Criticizing Trump for Mocking Ford: When You’ve Lost Fox News, ‘You’re Bleep-ed’

This morning on Fox & Friends, Brian Kilmeade knocked President Donald Trump for his mockery of Christine Blasey Ford‘s testimony, and Nicolle Wallace found this very telling.

“The tactic of the president laying low has been lauded by all sides,” Kilmeade said. “Last night he chose to blow it as the FBI is handing in the report as early as today. I wonder about the wisdom––as much as the crowd loved it, I wonder about the wisdom tactically of him doing that.”

Wallace played that clip this afternoon and said, “And when you’ve lost Fox News, you’re bleep-ed.”

Mike Lupica said Fox News turning on Trump is a sign that he “screwed up.”

“When there is even the mildest hint of criticism on fox News…” he added.

Wallace observed that it’s particularly telling coming from Fox & Friends, “the ultimate safe space” for the President.
