Omarosa Claims Trump Often Grabbed, Kissed Women Without Permission: ‘Any Time He Wanted’
In her latest interview to promote her new book, Omarosa Manigault Newman claimed that she witnessed Donald Trump get physical with women and touch them without their approval.
During a conversation with MSNBC’s Katy Tur, Manigault Newman said the biggest reason Trump had Hope Hicks working for him in the White House was “because she’s pretty.”
When asked if she ever felt sexually harassed by Trump at any point, Manigault Newman referred to Tur’s experience of being kissed by Trump without warning — and said the president has done that with plenty of other women.
“He did that often with women any time he wanted,” Manigault Newman said. “He is very physical, he would grab women and kiss them, unsolicited, any time any day.”
Manigault Newman also talked about how the president convinced her to drop a lawsuit against David Pecker, the CEO of American Media, Inc. and a personal friend of Trump’s. This eventually led to a conversation about how AMI factored into the efforts by Trump-world to squash stories from people like Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.
Ever since the release of Trump’s infamous Access Hollywood video, numerous women have come forward accusing him of sexual misconduct throughout the years. One of Trump’s accusers, ex-Apprentice contestant, Summer Zervos is suing the president for calling her claims against him a lie.
