Oops: Wolf Blitzer Forgets Dana Bash’s Name During CNN’s Super Tuesday Coverage
C’mon, we’ve all been there: CNN’s Wolf Blitzer drew a blank on his colleague Dana Bash‘s name while anchoring the network’s coverage of the Super Tuesday primary.
“Now we’ll go to Jake and, uh…” he began, before stopping awkwardly.
“Dana,” Bash offered up helpfully, as the production crew could be heard laughing in the background.
“It’s too early to begin forgetting names,” she joked.
“You’ve only known her twenty years,” Jake Tapper said, getting in on the ribbing.
Bash was a good sport about the faux pas, even defending him on Twitter during the break.
