Bill O’Reilly opened his show Friday night railing against the Obama administration for its utter lack of accountability on every issue from Benghazi to the Obamacare rollout, which O’Reilly said was an unequivocal “disaster.” O’Reilly said there’s been too much confusion and frustration surrounding the rollout of the president’s signature legislation.
He noted how even “ardent supporters of Obamacare” agree it’s been a trainwreck so far, even going so far as to call the lack of efficiency and clarity from the White House “scandalous.”
O’Reilly argued this is just part of the White House’s constant efforts to “stonewall” and obfuscate instead of answering questions, citing the contentious back-and-forth between Jay Carney and Fox’s James Rosen on Benghazi. He said that aside from the threats from abroad, there exists a very real threat from a government that is not being held accountable to the people.
Turning back to Obamacare, O’Reilly asked, “The administration had three years to roll this out, why the screw-up?”
The simple answer, to him, is that they “will not even acknowledge there’s a problem nor hold anyone responsible, much less try to mitigate the damage.”
