O’Reilly Rips The Left For ‘Perverting The Educational System’, Krauthammer Dismisses As ‘Fringe And Infantile’

Bill O’Reilly picked up on a recent pattern tonight of liberals shouting down and demonizing conservatives, from hecklers targeting Karl Rove and Rand Paul to a university professor calling the GOP the “last vestige of angry white people.” O’Reilly tore into the disrespectful “zealotry” from the left, while Krauthammer dismissed the heckling as “fringe” and said conservatives are likely “more well-mannered.”

O’Reilly surmised that the “fringe left feels emboldened” by President Obama‘s reelection, and used the case of Professor Darry Sragow to argue that liberals are “perverting the educational system.” Krauthammer dismissed such people as “fringe and infantile,” while arguing that the bigger problem is how liberals slowly began to take over college universities all over the country and reject anyone who doesn’t share their point of view.

O’Reilly went so far as to suggest these liberal voices are posing a “threat

to our democracy” for shouting down and mocking conservatives. Krauthammer said this has been a trend for years, saying that “from Nixon to Obama the Republican controlled national government.”

O’Reilly asked Krauthammer why there are not as many instances of conservatives heckling liberal speakers. Krauthammer said that this is mostly because young people tend to be more liberal, but suggested conservatives just might be “more well-mannered” when they hear opposing arguments.
