On Wednesday morning, Today hosts Matt Lauer and Al Roker continued in their fine tradition of becoming involved in an Olympic sport by trying a couple of leotards on for size. Turns out that size is “ultra snug.”
The two were matched up against U.S. Olympic wrestlers who showed them exactly what Greco-Roman wrestling is all about. Wrestler Ellis Coleman even showed Lauer why he’s known as the “flying squirrel.” Hint: It involves a lot of screaming and ends with Lauer on the floor, screaming some more.
After their training session, the two paired off against one another in a truly butt-clenchingly tense round.
