Pro-Trump Activist Warns on MSNBC: ‘Witches’ are ‘Placing a Hex on Brett Kavanaugh’
Pro-Trump activist Amy Kremer appeared on MSNBC to warn that Republicans are under attack — by witchcraft.
Appearing on AM Joy Sunday, Kremer was asked by guest host Ali Velshi about President Donald Trump‘s fear-mongering about Democrats ahead of the midterms. “I think the left, there are mobs going on out there right now,” Kremer replied, listing off recent incidents between protestors and Republican lawmakers, as well as the shooting of GOP Rep. Steve Scalise.
“It is a scary time right now,” she continued, before turning to new Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh: “Now, you’ve got witches that are placing a hex on Brett Kavanaugh.”
“It is concerning,” Kremer said. “This type of behavior is going on and it’s concerning to all Americans out there. As I said to you, in the last segment, I have been a victim of these attacks as well. It’s not anything any of us should have to live with.”
Kremer if referencing reports that modern day witches have announced a public event where they plan to put a hex on Kavanaugh, the justice whose nomination process was derailed after he was accused of sexual assault and misconduct. He vehemently denied the allegations, and was confirmed by the Senate.
Mediaite’s Colby Hall has been covering the revving up of the right-wing fear machine, which has found a home on Fox News where hosts are warning viewers that Democrats are hell bent on their destruction. This might be the first time witches are invoked, however.
