Protesters Chant ‘Shame’ at GOP House Members Following Passage of Health Care Bill

Following today’s narrow House passage of Republicans’ Obamacare replacement bill, GOP House members were greeted outside of the US Capitol by a large group of protesters who bombarded them with chants of “Shame! Shame! Shame!”
Reporters and networks covering today’s highly watched vote were able to capture instances of Republicans, who were boarding buses to go celebrate with President Donald Trump, get razzed by folks protesting the health care bill.

The president is scheduled to speak today about the passage of the bill in the House of Representatives. The vote had been postponed twice before in March and at one point looked to be dead. Just before the vote today, Trump declared Obamacare “dead.”
